What we are
We are an independent information site. We are not a lender, a mortgage broker, or a loan officer, and we do not take applications or collect your financial information.
No paid placement
Lenders cannot pay to be listed, ranked, or scored here. Every score and every ranking comes from the public data and the method on our methodology page, applied the same way to every lender.
Why we built it
Public mortgage data shows who is actually lending in a city, but it is hard to read. We organize it so a buyer can see which lenders are active in their area and compare them on a few plain measures before asking for quotes.
